DJ and Emcee Package

Our DJ&Emcee package includes unlimited communication with your DJ provider as well as:

  • One pre-event meeting
  • Ceremony Sound System
  • Lapel microphone for the officiate that can pick-up what the bride and groom are saying
  • Reception Sound System

  • Music selection process- including a “must have” list and a “do not play” list

Charger Plate Package

A Charger holds your place setting on the tables. Moffitt Oaks includes three styles of acrylic chargers, and five styles of glass chargers:

Floral Package

In addition to your centerpiece package, we will provide a lovely spread of baby’s breath or hydrangeas at each table.

Upgraded Linen Package

  • Floor-length linens or runner; includes satin, lamour, flat taffeta, pintuck, or imperial stripe
  • Chair sash on each chair
  • Napkin at each place setting
  • Specialty linen for up to 5 accent tables (cake, entry, gift, sweetheart, etc).

Limousine and Champagne Getaway Package

Leave your reception in a beautiful stretch limousine available to take you to any hotel in the Houston Metropolitan area.

Valet Parking

Includes valet services for 1 hour prior to your event start time and 30 minutes past your event end time. We only charge for half of your guest count. For example, if you have a guest count of 100 people, we charge for 50 vehicles. Credits or charges will not be applied the day of your event for less than expected vehicles.

Standard Linen Package

The Moffitt Oaks Standard Linen package includes:

  • White, Black or Ivory Floor Length Linens for your dining, cake, and other accent tables
  • White, Black, Pewter, Ivory, Pink, Lavender, Emerald, Dusty Blue, Navy, Red, Burgundy Champagne or Plum Linen Napkins
  • Black Buffet and Drink Table Linen

Centerpiece Package

Allows you full access to our wide array of centerpieces including:

  • Lanterns: Rustic, White, Black and Moroccan

Sparkler Package

The Sparkler Package includes 36” sparklers for your Grand Exit.

(You must use Moffitt Oaks Sparklers; we will not allow you to bring in your own sparklers).

Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters Package

4 Hours in the Bridal Suite and 2 Hours in the Groom’s Quarters including:

  • Gorgeous array of meat, fruit, cheese and chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy before the ceremony.
  • Cold beverages for the men, delicious mimosas for the ladies, along with water, soda and coffee.
  • All personal items must be removed from the bridal suite and groom’s quarters before your ceremony.

Ceremony Draping Package

Add a touch of softness to your ceremony with beautiful ivory chiffon draping flowing in the breeze behind you at the altar.

Crystal Centerpiece Package

Add 10 gorgeous crystal centerpieces that can adjust to be table-height or floor-height. They’re the perfect addition to any reception!

Photo Booth Package

You and your guests will enjoy dressing up in our fun photo booth for four hours during your reception.

Junior Suite Package

After your Rehearsal Dinner, stay the night with your bridesmaids in our Junior Suites. Relax the morning of your wedding with a mimosa by our resort style pool. Four suites are available and can sleep up to 8 guests (limit 2 guests per suite). Moffitt Oaks prepares a continental breakfast the morning of your wedding. Check-In is at 6:00pm (or before your Rehearsal) and Check-Out is at 2:00pm. You may stay in the bridal suite up to your ceremony start time. All personal items must be removed from the Bridal and Junior Suites before your ceremony.

We can accommodate special requests to ensure that every one of your wishes will be taken into consideration on your special day. Catering and Bar are additional cost to the venue rental. Moffitt Oaks offers five catering packages with accompanying bar packages at a per person rate. Moffitt Oaks does not permit outside alcohol on property and requires a beverage package is purchased through us. Outside catering is permitted, but must be approved by Mrs. Moffitt and could be subjected to an additional fees.
