My First Moffitt Oak’s Couple
Natalie and Justin were my very first couple at Moffitt Oaks, so being able to walk through the entire planning process with them through their wedding day was a really cool experience! This is a real wedding that I will never forget! I was very impressed by Justin’s role in the planning process because there are not a lot of grooms who take an active role in planning, but Justin made it to every planning session. It was funny though, I met Natalie as a blonde for our first session and when she came back for the second planning session as a brunette, I almost didn’t recognize her!
Planning the wedding with them was SO much fun. Natalie’s family is from Scotland so of course there was a bagpiper for the ceremony. They also incorporated some really lovely elements such as having their parents walk their dogs down the aisle (in little tutus), having flower grannies as opposed to flower girls (because both their grandmothers had never walked down the aisle before), and they brought in Whataburger as a late night snack for their guests during their reception.
The March day was absolutely gorgeous, and as you can see, made for some AMAZING photos, perfect for our Real Wedding Gallery! Cheers to many years!
